Whew.

How are you today?

I'm tapped out, overwhelmed and my brain is fried.

If you weren't your best self, yelled at kids, or stayed up way too late doomscrolling this week....I feel you, 100%.

Here are three ideas to take care of yourself:

1) >> Prevent a tantrum <<

2) >> Eat fried rice in your car <<

3) >> Try one of my tricks for an easier morning with kids <<
