Self Care Check-In - I'll send you a questionnaire so you can tell me about what you'd most like to make time for and how that will benefit you. And if you're just not sure, tell me that, too! Self care looks different for each person, so hearing from you will help make our time laser-focused on the results that would be most meaningful to you.
Time for You Call - During this 90 minute session, we'll talk by phone or video chat. We'll dive deep into what you're most excited to make time for, and why. I'll give you space to articulate what you want, what the barriers are, and create a plan that's right for you. We'll make sure every action step you commit to is exciting, do-able, and doesn't add to the overwhelm.
Personalized Session Notes - To allow you to fully focus during our 90 minute session, I'm happy to take notes. You get a PDF emailed to you after our session to help you remember the highlights of what you learned.
Text & Email Support - In between our calls you can text or e-mail to ask questions and celebrate any steps you take. We can make adjustments and troubleshoot so you stay motivated and empowered!
Follow Up Call - We'll reconnect with a 30 minute call two weeks later. This is a chance to celebrate what went well, learn from your experience, and put our heads together to help you feel confident going forward.
